# Select multiple items

You can select multiple items to move, delete, format, or sort them together.

- `Shift + ↑/↓` — Extend selection up or down
- `Shift + Alt/Opt + ↑` — Extend selection to the top
- `Shift + Alt/Opt + ↓` — Extend selection to the bottom
- `Ctrl/Cmd + A` — Select all items in the focused column

On desktop, you can also click and drag to select a range of items.
