What happens when your subscription or trial expires
You can no longer create new Spaces
Spaces you own become read-only
Spaces owned by others remain editable
No content is deleted
You always retain access to your data
Edit in Spaces owned by others without your own subscription
You do not need an active subscription to edit Spaces that are owned by another user, as long as:
The owner of the Space has an active subscription
The Space has been shared with you and you have edit permissions
In this case, you can continue to create and edit items in that shared Space even if your own subscription is inactive.
Sponsor another person's subscription
You can pay for another person's NotesGarden subscription so they get full access without needing their own payment method. Their account stays completely independent.

Click the options icon at the top right corner and go to Settings.

Next to Your plan, click Invite another account (or Manage accounts if you already sponsor someone). This opens the Accounts you pay for modal.

Enter the person's email address and click Invite.
The invited person receives an email with instructions to accept the sponsorship.
Once the invitation is accepted, the sponsored person gains full subscription access. The cost is added to your existing subscription billing.
How billing works
Sponsored accounts are added to your existing subscription — there's no separate plan for them. The cost is based on the number of accounts you're paying for, including yourself.
The sponsored account is on your same plan (monthly or yearly).
If you're on a yearly plan, adding someone mid-year charges only the prorated remainder of the current billing period on your next invoice.
All accounts renew together on the same date.
Remove a sponsored account
In the Accounts you pay for modal, click the trash icon next to the account you want to remove.
Limits and rules
Each person can only have one active sponsor at a time.
A sponsor cannot also be sponsored by someone else.
A sponsored person cannot sponsor others.
Your subscription must not be in a trial period to sponsor someone.
Manage a sponsorship you received
If someone is paying for your subscription, you will see Paid by followed by your sponsor's name next to Your plan in Settings.
Leave a sponsorship
Next to your sponsor's name, click Leave.
After leaving, you will need to start your own subscription to continue editing Spaces you own.
Cancel your subscription
Click on the options icon at the top right corner >
Settings > Billing & payment > Cancel subscription.Find your invoices
