Create a new Space
1.
Click on the name of the current space at the top of the screen.

Click the + button in the dropdown menu.
Who is the Space owner?
The person who creates a Space is its owner. The owner controls sharing, can rename the Space, transfer ownership, and delete it. Collaborators who are invited to a Space see Remove for me instead of Delete. Removing a shared Space only removes your access; it does not delete any content.
Rename or customize a Space
Click the three-dot menu next to the Space name and select Settings. From here you can:
Rename the Space (owner) or set an alias (collaborators)
Choose a color for the Space
Transfer a Space to another person
The owner of a Space can transfer ownership to another user.

Click the three-dot menu next to the Space name.

Select Transfer.
4.
Enter the new owner’s email address.
5.
Click Transfer this space. A confirmation email is sent to the new owner with instructions for accepting the transfer.
Transfer is only available to the current owner of the Space.
Delete a Space you own or leave a shared Space
Owner: Click the three-dot menu next to the Space name and select Delete. This permanently deletes the Space and all its content for everyone.
Collaborator: The same menu shows Leave space, which removes the Space from your account only. Everyone else keeps their access and content.
