Move items with drag and drop
Click and hold an item, drag it, and let go where it should be. To move several items at once, select them first.
Between two items: a blue line shows where the item will land.
Onto an item: the item is highlighted, and what you drag becomes its last sub-item.
“Toothbrush” dropped onto “Toiletries” moves inside it. “Passport” dropped on the line below “Sunscreen” moves to the bottom of the list.
Move Items into Sidebar Items
Drag an item onto another item in the sidebar to move it inside that target item.
Hint: Dropping an item between sidebar items stars it instead of moving it.
Move items with keyboard shortcuts
Select the items you want to move, then hold
Ctrl/Cmd and press an arrow key. Move items with drag and drop
Quickly move an item within a list by pressing and holding your finger on it, then dragging it to the new position and releasing it to drop into place.
Move items with Move To... menu action
For longer moves:

Tap the menu (bottom right) on the item you want to move.

Select Move to… from the menu.

Navigate to the target location.
5.
In the bar at the bottom, tap Above, Below or Into to place the item next to or inside the item you're on, or Search… to find the destination by name. Tap Cancel to stop moving.
