Move items with drag and drop
To move an item, click and hold it with your mouse or trackpad, drag it to the new location, and release to drop it into place.
Move Items into Sidebar Items
Drag an item onto another item in the sidebar to move it inside that target item.
Hint: Dropping an item between sidebar items will star it instead of moving it.
Move items with keyboard shortcuts
In addition to drag and drop, you can move items using keyboard shortcuts:

Move items with drag and drop
Quickly move an item within a list by pressing and holding your finger on it, then dragging it to the new position and releasing it to drop into place.
Move items with Move To... menu action
For longer moves:

Tap the menu (bottom right) on the item you want to move.

Select Move to... from the menu.

Navigate to the target location.
5.
Choose the appropriate action from the footer menu to complete the move.
